* time and date
Proper timing and date keeling should never be skipped in any authentic
modeling portfolio
* photo credit.
These particular aspect is used in acknowledgement of those people and brands
that made the shoot a success. The photo credit should be formal and well
recognized.
* creative direction
Creative direction talks about the company, agency, brand or team that the
creative director works with or works for.

This is the main photo director of a shoot. Every model perfect shoot must have
a good creative director.
* photography
This include the brand name that handles the shoot, never misunderstand the
photography and the photographer. They are two different aspects.

This talks about the name of the person that took the shoot, the camera man as
some may call it..
* hair and makeup
Proper documentation should be written down in respect to the name of the
agency responsible for the hair and makeup.
* artist and stylist
This include the name of the person that took care of the models hair and
makeup before and after the shoot

Most portfolios ignore this. But it is most essential in model portfolios. Full
recognition should be given to the brand that costumed the model, so this
includes the name of the brand responsible for the model costume
* costumer
This talks about the name of the costumer who costumed the model.
* shot on location
Proper accounting should be made for the name of the shoot location.
* photo studio and production
This include the name of the agency that is in charge of the production of the
photo
* photography producer
This include the name of the person that is charged with the editing and
production of the shoot, this can also the name of the graphic designer
* concept
Concepts that's about the posture, glamour, what the picture depicts, the untold
story about the picture and its lesson.
* shoot angle
This includes the special photography angles used during the shoot.
* things to note
Models should at least provide three things and lesson to learn from each shoot.
